All of the Food was so salty . my steaks were so salty it was inedible. They gave me different steak and it came out super tough. The bar harbor lobster bake came out looking like soup flooded with runny sauce . service was really good though
Came in to eat about 7:45 there were open tables all around.we were told it would be about 15 minutes. Went to sit at the bar.we were sitting over 5 minutes before the green haired bartender even acknowledged we were there. Then she made drinks for someone else. While making the drinks she gagged about 4 times! Finally got a drink my drink was good my husbands DP was flat. Got seated ordered salads came after the meal had to ask for them 3 times food was good but not one empty dish was removed from the table. Waiter couldn’t remember anything we asked for yet pretended to write it down. Had to walk to the front to get our check. Then told there were technical difficulties. We were charged for games we did not play and 4 dollars for a soda and no refills ?? Charged for 2! Salad charge that was supposed to be part of the $25 endless shrimp ultimate dinner. This had to be the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant we will never be back even though the food was wonderful! There was one man working that looked like the only one doing anything! Poor poor service and who is managing these lazy employees? No one that needs to be!
If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. Horrible experiences here. Drove from Lincoln to Omaha (since Lincoln location is no longer) to get dinner on a Tuesday night. Arrived at about 6:30. Had a 10-15 minute wait. No big deal. Was seated, the waitress came over with a HUGE attitude. When we asked to order she threw her head back. (No joke) like it was an inconvenience for her. We were cut off multiple times while trying to order. I then got up and went and spoke with one of the hosts, and explained what was happening. She told me “we are just really busy right now” i told her I totally understand, but I won’t be treated with the disrespect that I received. Especially after driving the hour to come eat. Went and sat back down, and a manager came over. She was EXTREMELY loud. People from other tables were looking… And she was just as rude as the waitress. I will never waste my time to come here again. Horrible experience….
Group of 4 celebrating a birthday on a Saturday night. We averaged $30 per person. 2 ordered the unlimited shrimp. One ordered maple chicken and the last was lobster tacos. No major complaints about the food, when it was delivered. Although the baked potato was delivered to a different table and then took 10 minutes to be replaced. My Bahama Mama was disappointing. I don't know if the bartender messed it up or if it sat waiting to be delivered, but it was half melted and hard to reblend. But the major frustration and reason I will never be to this particular restaurant again is we waited for over an hour after we finished eating before we were finally allowed to settle the bill. The waitress touched base with us 4 different times telling us that she was trying to split it and was having difficulty. Leaving all 4 of us with the impression we were getting paper receipts. Only to be given the tabletop kiosk to pay. When we stopped to express our frustration and concerns with the manger about feeling trapped waiting and the disappointment at watching a different table have their celebration acknowledged but ours ignored, we were brushed off and told that there was nothing she could or would do about it. I am a fan of Red Lobster but I will never go to this location again.
I ordered food for a small office lunch on the website. Ordering was easy, and they offer 2 cheddar biscuits for an entree when ordered online.
Curbside pickup was about 10 minutes late, so I went inside.
The staff was friendly and they weren't terribly busy, but I just had to wait for my food. Not the end of the world...
Inside the restaurant it seemed clean and the liquor seemed expansive - as I stood there and looked while waiting.
The food was tastier than I expected (my first time eating from here). My coworkers loved their food too.
I got the fried flounder meal and there was about 6 filets 🤯 plus two sides. The broccoli was seasoned nicely.
Ordering online was simple, and I was able to schedule a pick up time - even though, it wasn't ready exactly when I expected.
I'd eat here again if the occasion arises.
